Fantasia Monique Barrino is a 32 year-old singer. She went to Andrews High School, in High Point, North Carolina. Fantasia got pregnant at the age of 16 and had her first born Zion Quari Barrino on August 8, 2001. She dropped out of high school after being sexually abused by a fellow classmate. Fantasia is famous for her winnings on American Idol. She was the world's youngest winner until 2007 when Jordan Sparks took her position. In 2004 Fantasia made her first debut album with J Records and made it big. Fantasia never gave up on her dreams of becoming a singer. Her role models were Aretha Franklin, Patti LaBelle, and Tina Turner. Fantasia is a great influence, she let young girls know that you becoming famous isn't based off where you came from or about your pass. You just have to stay focus and be determined and you could possibly reach your goals.
